Our logistics partners are: DHL and UPS for parcel shipping and Wahl & Co. for freight forwarding.

All items from our online shop are shipped free of charge within Germany.

International shipping costs to Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, France, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Czech Republic, Denmark and Luxembourg depend on the order value.

Import, customs duties, taxes and all other charges are your responsibility. The German VAT of 19% will be refunded to you after you have presented the confirmation of arrival and the stamped customs invoice. Please simply contact us after purchase.

It can happen that an order, for example for a complete set of dumbbells, is delivered on different days. We therefore ask you to be patient.

We only ship if payment is made in advance/by bank transfer and if payment is made via PayPal or Amazon Pay.

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1 - 2 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction). Experience shows that delivery to Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands or Italy takes place within 4 - 5 days. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

If the goods are delivered by a freight forwarder, the delivery time will be extended to 4 - 5 working days. The freight forwarder will arrange an exact delivery date with you by telephone.
