They are one size fits all with different weight classes available. 10 oz to 16 oz are generally used as punching gloves for training and sparring, with 14 oz to 16 oz being particularly suitable for sparring as they are very soft and absorb strikes optimally, 10 oz to 12 oz are used as competition gloves in Europe.
