The stable and solid multi-press allows for a wide range of exercises that effectively train the shoulder, back, leg, chest, triceps and biceps muscles. Squats, flat bench presses, incline bench presses and deadlifts are just a few of the exercises that can be performed with the multi-press.
The stainless steel safety hooks securely lock the barbell at the 14 chrome-plated storage points at heights ranging from 30 cm to 185 cm.
The barbell bar is made of solid steel, is chrome-plated and knurled. The linear bearing guide in combination with the high-quality, blue aluminum rollers ensures a smooth training process.
