Practical ✓ The compact cable pull is mounted at a distance of 22.5 cm from the wall and therefore does not take up much space. The required fastening material and the two one-hand cable handles are already included in the scope of delivery.
Varied ✓ Thanks to a smooth cable pull from top to bottom, arm, back, abdominal and leg muscles can be trained on one or both sides during cable cross training while standing, sitting or lying down.
