The Bad Company Lat Pump is the ideal way to train your back at home using your own body weight. This classic from the 90s doesn't require any additional weights. First, you grab the foam rubber-covered upper handles with both hands, and your feet find support on the two short, rubber-covered cross braces. The body sags in the starting position (similar to a hammock) and is brought into a straight line by pulling towards the arms.
To increase the intensity of the exercise, simply adjust the grip position or the number of repetitions.
